Dramatiques Performs With Real Life Broadway Artist

When BOSL Founder and CEO, Frolic Mills hosts an event one can expect it to be larger than life. On Saturday the 28th of May Frolic celebrated his 4th rez day at the Patch Thibaud Auditorium with over 50 guests.

The event was Broadway themed and sported the talent of real life Broadway artist Tamra Hayden who has held lead roles  in  blockbusters such as Les Miserables,  Cabaret (at Studio 54),   Phantom of the Opera,  and Fiddler On The Roof.  From Broadway to the Blues, critics have called Tamra's performances "emotionally rich and psychologically detailed" with "a voice that could reheat coffee" and "outsizzle Peggy Lee."

Also performing at this fabulous event was Jesse Ribeiro who is an accomplished musician in RL and has just recently brought his love for music into SL. He is a music composer, vocalist, musician and producer.  He has been singing and playing piano since the age of 7.  For him, music is his life and it truly shows when you listen to this brilliant performer.

Songs from various Broadway musicals were performed such as Grease, The Lion King, Cats, The Phantom of The Opera  and West Side Story - just to name a few. The Dramatiques Performance Troupe was thrilled to be a part of bringing this special occasion to life. With elaborate costumes and awe inspiring animations The Dramatiques took the audience from the plains of Africa, to  the 1950's, to the mystical land of the cats! It was certainly a day to remember.
